Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

Exchanges:
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo proof.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-refundable Items:

• Opened or used products
• Items without proof of issue
• Orders outside the 48-hour claim window

Order Changes / Cancellations:
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are processed.
